Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to this promotional offer (hereinafter referred to as “Promotional Offer” or “Offer”) for consumers, which is sponsored and brought to you by Philips India Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Philips India Limited” or “Philips”) and conducted by PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD. on the Product i.e. select men’s grooming products available across select stores and cities. For select stores and product information, please check with your in-store merchandiser/champion in the concerned stores.
The Promotional Offer is valid only in India from 15-01-2023 to 28-02-2023 (hereinafter referred to as “Offer Period”) subject to the availability of the Products (defined below). Promotion is open to citizens of India only and persons above 18 years of age.
Under the Promotional Offer, the eligible consumers or consumers participating in the Promotional Offer (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”) will be entitled to Rs. 350 Zomato Voucher or Rs. 350 Bookmyshow Voucher in select cities of India (hereinafter referred to as “Assured Voucher” or “Voucher”).
In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the Voucher.
Philips India Limited may in its sole discretion discontinue, modify, or extend the Offer at any time.
A maximum of 1 Assured Vouchers will be issued as per customer/mobile number/email id/invoice/bill copy during the promotional offer.
Offer is applicable on Philips Men’s Grooming select products* i.e., BT1230/15, BT1235/15, BT3102/15, BT3102/25, BT3125/15, BT3235/15, MG3721/65, MG3750/33, QP2512/10 (hereinafter referred to as “Products”)
Products are also available without this Offer.
The Assured Voucher is personal to the Participant and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Any queries or concerns regarding the redemption of the Assured Voucher must be addressed to PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD .
This Offer is governed by the laws of India and the parties agree to subject themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards.
No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices will be considered.
Only the purchases made between 15/01/2023 till 28/02/2023 will be considered for rewards.
The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products (as mentioned in point 7)
The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only.
One single bill/invoice will be valid for one voucher / reward code, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice.
Bookmyshow or Zomato reward code will be sent within 48 business hours upon successful invoice validation. Unique code can be used only once for getting the assured reward.
Any costs associated with entering into the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each Participant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circle.
If this Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Philips India Limited, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, Philips India Limited through PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Participant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Offer, as appropriate
If for any reason this Offer is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD and/or Philips India Limited which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer, PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD and/or Philips India Limited reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Offer.
Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD .’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Offer may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these terms or any other legal obligation by a Participant, the Participant agrees to indemnify PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD for those losses, damages, and costs.
PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD and Philips India Limited are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to Participant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this Offer or the downloading of any materials related to this Offer.
PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD. and Philips India Limited will have no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, voucher codes etc. beyond the Promotional Offer.
PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, its agents and distributors (hereinafter referred to as “Affiliates of Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited”) and Philips India Limited, its agents, affiliates and distributors (hereinafter referred to as “Affiliates of Philips India Ltd.”) accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD . Assured Vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning this Offer.
Philips India Limited does not assume any responsibility or liability with respect to operational and/or technical aspects of this Offer, merchantability and quality of the Assured Vouchers or the services provided by PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD. Any dispute regarding defective, deficient, or unsatisfactory redemption of the Assured Voucher, or the services of PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD and/or Partner’s (Bookmyshow/Zomato) must be addressed directly with PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD and/or Zomato/Bookmyshow as may be applicable. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the Offer would have to be taken up directly with the PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD.
PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen, or damaged voucher codes and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
The Assured Voucher cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Offer Period and the Participant agrees to waive off right of redemption on the date of expiry of Offer Period. In case of any conflict between terms and conditions printed on the Voucher and the website, terms and conditions published on website shall prevail. Neither Philips India Limited nor BigCity Promotions will be liable for any delay in actual redemption after the Offer Period. No Unique Code will be issued in the event of original Unique Code being stolen/ lost by the Participant.
If the Participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the Participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign.
Entry to the Offer is void in States where the Offer is prohibited/not allowed.
By participating in this Offer, the Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these terms and conditions as stated herein without any exception whatsoever.
This Promotional Offer entitles the Participant with one fixed and assured Rs. 350 Zomato or Rs. 350 Bookmyhsow voucher. Participant shall be required to read, understand and accept the Zomato/Bookmyshow terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Zomato/Bookmyshow ’s end time to time and without any notice.
Unique code can be redeemed only via registering themselves on Philips website www.philipspersonalhealth.bigcityexperience.com.
A maximum of 1 voucher can be redeemed per person, mobile number, email ID and IP address per invoice copy. This Promotional Offer is not valid for Philips India Limited and PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD. promoters, retailers, employee, Distributors or any other channel partner.
The voucher cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for another Gift Voucher/Gift Card.
Philips, PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD. or Partner’s shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using of the Assured Voucher. The holder of the Assured Voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the Assured Voucher and the credentials mentioned on it.
By participating in the Promotional Offer, the Participant agrees to allow Philips / PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD. to contact the Participant for the purpose of this Promotional offer. Further the Participant agrees that the data received during the Promotional Offer by Philips / PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD. may be used or shared with any agency for any further analysis/ promotion or marketing communications.
The Participant may, at the request of Philips participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge, and they consent to Philips (India) Limited for using their name and image in promotional material. Such Participant agrees and consents to Philips to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
The decision of Philips or PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD., as regards to the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Philips and PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD. from the date of the closure of the Promotional Offer.
This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any disputes, the Courts at Mumbai, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
This Promotional Offer is not based on chance and has an assured subscription given as a gratification.

1. This Rewards would be applicable on Bookmy show / Zomato App or website , please download partner app to redeem the rewards.
2. The person who has the Unique Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. Except for information, products or services clearly indicated as being supplied by Bookmyshow or Zomato , we do not operate, control, or endorse any information, products, or services on the Internet in anyway. You also understand that Bookmyshow or Zomato cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that file available for download through the Bookmyshow or Zomato Platform will be free of viruses, worms or other code that may be damaging. You are responsible for implementing procedures to satisfy Your requirements of Internet security and for the accuracy of data input and output

Terms and Conditions - Rs. 350 Zomato Voucher

1. This offer entitles the end user Rs. 350 off on the Food Partner App (Zomato) in India only. The Value will be mentioned on the voucher

2. This offer is available only on online payment option and not available on COD.

3. The discount is valid on sub total amount (i.e. only on the Food Value Amount), which excludes delivery (+packaging), restaurant charges and GST charges.

4.Offer valid for all days of the week.

5.Any Order that customers place on the App is subject to product availability, Delivery capacity and acceptance by Partner and participating restaurant.

6.Discount is offered on minimum purchase and maximum of 1 transaction only on one promo Code. The balance cost (after discount) of the order will be charged to the credit/ debit card of the end user.

7.A maximum of 1 code can be used per transaction.

8.If the value of the Order is less than the value of the voucher, the balance is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.

9.This offer is only for Home Delivery.

Terms and Conditions - Rs. 350 Bookmyshow Voucher

1.This offer entitles the end user to Rs. 350/- off on one movie transaction at the BookMyShow website /App. The offer will be mentioned on the scratch card.

2.Offer valid for all shows from Monday to Sunday.

3.Discount is offered on a minimum of 1 movie ticket and on a maximum of 1 transaction only, irrespective of the number of tickets booked on one promo Code. The balance cost (after discount) of the ticket will be charged to the credit/ debit card of the end-user.

4.The end user will be required to present a copy of the credit/debit card at the cinema hall prior to redemption.

5.To avail of the offer, customers to show the SMS confirmation or a printout of the e-ticket at the venue.

6.If the value of the movie ticket is less than the value of the voucher, the balance is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.

7.Walk-in customers without a prior booking will not be entertained at the venue.

8.Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required.

9.The theatre manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules apply.

10.In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. Rs. 350
